Making An Order

If you need any help making your order, please use the contact form to drop us a line, or you can use messenger on our facebook page. We are always happy to chat to customers and answer any questions you might have as best as we can, bearing in mind that we cannot give out any medical advice.


The two shipping options are ‘economy’ and ‘express.’ We are a rural business and our very lovely little local post office is only open for a limited number of hours a week. If you aren’t in a hurry, choose the economy option and your parcel will be transported to the post office by cargo bike and posted second class. If you need your order to arrive as soon as possible, we will prioritise processing, and make a longer trip by motor vehicle to the “Big Town” (still quite small!) if our local post office is closed, where your parcel will be sent first class.

Environmental impacts

The economy shipping option is therefore more environmentally friendly; however we understand that sometimes people just need their hemp in a hurry, so whatever you choose is fine with us. Rest easy in the knowledge that your custom is helping us to plant trees and increase biodiversity on the beautiful Aberdeenshire hillside that we are lucky to inhabit.


If you wish to make an account on this site, future orders may be completed more quickly and easily, and payment from your online banking is usually much easier once you have made an initial purchase. We have a rewards system in place now which means as a regular customer, you can now benefit from sweet discounts from your accrued points.


Once you have chosen your products and placed your order at the checkout, you will see an option to pay via either direct bank transfer, which is very straightforward if you have online banking, or you can pay using your card if you prefer. Please remember that we will need to wait until funds have cleared in our account before processing your order, usually this is just a couple of hours.

We ask that you make payment within 24 hours of placing your order so that we can process it efficiently, as after this time we cannot guarantee that the items you have ordered will still be in stock.

On a low income?

We understand how things work if you are living on benefits due to ill health or otherwise on a low income. It can be really challenging to prioritise your health, with many obstacles where there should be support. Please contact us for a personalised free postage coupon to help make your order affordable if you need one. We may not be able to change the system but we can help each other out.
